SIA JOLVE processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“General Data Protection Regulation”), as well as other applicable data protection legislation.

In this Privacy Policy, SIA JOLVE means the limited liability company “JOLVE”, registered in the Republic of Latvia under registration No. 40203404176, with its registered address at Upesciema iela 28–1, Riga, LV-1024.

The terms “Personal Data”, “Data Subject”, “Processing”, “Controller” and “Supervisory Authority” have the meanings given to them in the General Data Protection Regulation.
